MMC Arranges National Fox News Network Segment for Strategic Operations

Merrill Marketing/Communications (MMC) recently worked with Fox News Networks’s team of Los Angeles Producer Jennifer Girdon and Correspondent Adam Housley on a national news feature segment on client Strategic Operations in San Diego. The segment captured Strategic Operations Hyper-Realistic™ military training for the Navy Corpsmen attached to the 1st Marine Division receiving Hyper-Realistic training at STOPS San Diego facility for their Combat Trauma Management (CTM) course prior to deployment. It is the first of its kind, featuring two days of intense scenario-driven training with all the battlefield effects and stressors from point-of-injury and care under fire, to tactical field care, to battalion aid station. An overturned, smoking helicopter with an amputee actor trapped underneath; an overturned car with IEDs going off all around it and amputee and Medical Cut Suit-wearing role players inside; these are two of several scenarios the Corpsmen have to deal with. For more information on Strategic Operations.
