MMC Working with Vail Lake Resort in Temecula on National Marketing PR

MMC is working with Vail Lake Resort in Temecula, CA, the largest private lake in California with 11,000 acres situated in the center of it all in Southern California, located only seven miles east of I-15 on Highway 79 south. Over the past year Vail Lake Resort has been discovered by the burgeoning sports performance events industry — becoming a sought-after sports destination and tourism driver for Riverside County. This year Vail Lake Resort has become a mecca for a variety of leading edge endurance sporting events bringing over 100,000 participants, their support teams and families to Temecula. Just a few of these epic events included the Super Spartan Race; Tough Mudder SoCal Race; Ethos Endurance Challenge; SoCal Wine Women’s Half Marathon. Upcoming Fall events include the SoCal Fat Tire Epic 50 — 6 and 12 hours of Temecula Mountain Bike Race on September 29; The Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Course Race on October 13; and the Run for Your Lives Zombie Invested 5k with Obstacle Course on October 20-21. In fact, just during the three weekends of October prior to Halloween (October 12, 20 and 27), Vail Lake Resort will host more than 50,000 athletes, RVers and families who want race, play, recreate in a destination located in Temecula’s famous Wine Country and bordered by over a quarter of a million acres of the pine-topped Cleveland National Forest, Agua Tivia Wilderness and fabulous BLM lands.
